Refund policy

SIZE EXCHANGES

Regular-priced apparel is eligible for a size exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

Sale, clearance and final-sale items cannot be exchanged. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or incorrect item? Email hello@realreps.co within five days of delivery and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

To request an exchange, email us with your order number and preferred size before returning your item.
