SHIPPING & PICKUP

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected service.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. REAL REPS is not responsible for carrier delays, but we’ll help where possible if an issue arises.

Local pickup may be available at checkout. Pickup instructions and the collection location are provided only after your order is ready. Please wait for the ready-for-pickup notification before arriving.

Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact hello@realreps.co as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.
